Aaron Comess is best known as the drummer for the Spin Doctors but he is also a well-respected solo artist. He’s released a pair of albums of his own instrumental compositions, Catskills Cry and Beautiful Mistake, under his own name. He’s also recorded and/or played live with such artists as Joan Osborne, Bilal, Rachael Yamagata, Isaac Hayes, James Maddock, Marc Cohn, Chris Whitley, Natasha Bedingfield, Edie Brickell, New York Electric Piano, Andréa Bocelli, David Foster, Aaron Neville and German superstar Marius Westernhagen.
